2days 1night at Port Dickson

A short runaway from the city and here we go, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan

a place where there's nothing much to do, but it can be a relax local getaway

honestly, after been to Kota Kinabalu's island, there is no beach that can get my attention yet

I mean those that near to city of course, dont mention Sipadan, Lang Tengah all those

so Port Dickson, hmmm....beach.. well...sorry to say I'm not attracted to it haha!

Just wana go for a relaxing and short escape so PD is our choice that is the nearest 

waking up naturally not by the alarm clock just start my day nicely

first stop, breakfast at Hong Kee Dim Sum, Taman Connaught

my all time favorite breakfast. Of course after my Herbalife Healthy Breakfast

Just some of it. Not very expensive.

Start our journey at 12pm reach PD ard 2pm. 

Pass by a counter something like Port Dickson tourism center but closed. 

been Google tourism spot at PD but....nothing much so I thought try out luck at that information counter

and it CLOSED, well so relaxing those workers haha

check in our hotel

this is a most recommended place especially if u looking a place for team building

Eagle Ranch Resort 

if you looking for sea view then this is not your choice, sorry

the design is special, nice, for team building I guess it will be fun!

there are lot activities there such as, paintball, horse riding, etc. Call up and ask =)

So I rented Tepee, which look like Red Indian Hut.

So special, but if you wish to have more privacy, dont think so haha as I can hear some noises from my 'neighbour' especially when I'm in the bathroom haha

Coincidentally both in Yellow

  It is quite hot during noon, guess is because of the design itself.

If you look for something new, something special this is the place.

Not very big but not too small. TV, water heater, water boiler, coffee is provided

Toiletries is provided too. So if you lazy bring it then is ok!

Few different type of room. Google it and choose the one u like =)

 So PD of course need to visit the beach rite, so dirty and we decided not to bath there, just walk along the seaside

There's Wellness Zone, we can try to open a booth there next time if with the Herbalife Gang haha

There are lot hawkers, a row of stalls..saw coconut shake and want to get it unfortunately, 

we didnt bring much money, after a slipper, a burger and fruit, few bucks left

so we can only have 1 drink

and when we decided to get it, we saw our favorite clams 'siham'

we only got rm5.70 hahaha when order food, have ask how much and count it

the feeling of no money, trust me, NO GOOD 

when want a drink ask how much ar air kosong? haha pity us

so thats our meal with rm5.30 in total haha

I was wondering how it looks like, cause Google it and seems many things there

first thing catch my eyes, McD and Starbucks haha!

nothing special there, if you look for a city lifestyle can go there

Evening with love

 is dinner time, my all time waiting moment

as usual, did some research about what to eat or where to eat in PD

saw lot good review that restaurant, an excited feeling to go for it

unfortunately, after few times round or searching at the same place we cant find it where the address is correct

well, check again the blog or something it was years ago hahahaha!

obviously, it had closed down and change a new owner

it had changed to PD Restaurant

We ordered a vege, a dried Tong Poh meat, fried squid with salted egg and a sharkfin soup. Dont take so much of it as we need to protect them. 

Sharkfin soup..well..just bit only

Not very expensive and taste good

That's all for the day. Rest early and prepare for tomorrow =)

Breakfast is included which is very convenient although dont really taste good

because the resort is quite far from any restaurant or beach or shops

10 to 15mins drive. So plan your route nicely 

We passed by the Ostrich farm, considered we been there? haha

Next go to the Light House where we see from the photos, the view quite nice 

 grab ourselves an ice cream then start our long journey to the top!

 The whole journey took 45mins, 20mins to go up and 15mins to come down

depends on your speed

be prepared to donate some blood for the beloved mosquitoes haha

quite excited when I see the Light House

walk a bit faster just to find the entrance and ta da.......look what it says

Walking down all the way back to our car with a very fast speed because I had lost a lot of blood haha

Its been a wonderful getaway and we are heading back to KL before evening just to avoid the traffic jam

Google and lot people recommended this Curry Chicken Bun

is located at Lukut inside Lucky Seafood Restaurant. It is a corner shop, quite easy to find

Ordered a vege, taste good! Perhaps next time try to order some dishes.

It just a simple relax trip, nothing much other than rest, eat, look around

runaway from city hectic life remind me of 

'take a rest for a longer walk'

indeed, I'm taking too many of rest hahaha 

December had been my holiday month starting with this, then Cameron and so on

so work from home is all I ever need

2 cars heading to Port Dickson later nite

leaving KL ard 9pm+ hmm..lepak while mayb 10pm dy

meet up and PD here we go~~~~

2 cars goin, nicholas and waikit driving there

late nite ni go PD reach there also very late dy la..haih

but we got plan!!!

a mid9 bbq at PD sound fun rite..

but it not that fun when we do it because it was so tiring and mafan-ing haha

well at least we did bbq at PD so I hope every1 enjoy that sticky thing smoke thing dirty thing haha

oh ya, every1 have to pray and thanx God because we reached safely

waikit and nicholas speeding and we almost crash omg..dangerous lo is vey very dangerous ar!!!!

we stayed ling's aunt house again such a nice view can see the not so beautiful sea haha

our first nite of the trip..

when going to bed everybody talk crap and non-stop laughing for nothing or some funny thing

wake up quite early..

b4 we sleep we say want to wake early and play while at d beach there

but as usual, our style

alarm rang and we turn it off back to sleep again haha

so the beach thing we skip it..haha

after breakfast we continue our joy trip heading to Malacca

drive kinda far and I manage to color my nail there haha

once reach Malacca sure find place to eat lo..so hungry

called aunt and ask any special nice food

we went a restaurant behind a hotel

forget what the hotel name now, it was Ramadan Hotel

that restaurant selling variety food

the special is satay come in pork and the satay sauce got pineapple

not bad the taste and we ordered some dimsum type thing too

the satay and cendol!!

after lunch went to Jonker Street

a place where every1 will go if visit Malacca during weekend

a stall selling cendol with very delicious gula melaka

there are lot type of cendol and ABC

those who love durian..

hehe..here ur chance to have a durian cendol

it is SUPERB delicious..yummy yummy

and can have a try at the 8 Treasure ABC something lidat

the design of that restaurant insde there is so antique

it stil remain the BabaNyonya style thing

is worth to have a look even though u think the cendol is not nice haha

eat eat eat is what we did

and of course at Malacca where lot ppl here we wont miss this chance to camwhore

walk around and took lots pictures

Nicholas is so HK ppl style and we acted like tourist from HK Japan so on haha

well honestly Malacca I always go because it is so near

d last time I visit Malacca was CNY with baobaoz guys

went there for a movie and visit aunt while we come back dy stupid haha, PD too

mom off d next day and I suppose replace her but I was so playful

I duwan work and stay Malacca 1more nite with nicholas, janice and simyi

we stayed aunt's house tumpang a nite

so after a whole day camwhore with them we say bye bye because they have to go back

is rushing back..

we another car find aunt and bring her for dinner

b4 that went mahkota shop while because lack of clothes haha

I bought a dress there rm35..love it

those cheaplak dress that can find at Sg.Wang but I can try this bit more exp nvm lo

and undeniable the quality is really bit better than those at Sg.Wang

regreted I didnt buy the other long dress

met aunt she brought us to a restaurant near seaside

but the stupid gov want to make lot development and they tanam the sea haih

now I only can see a small river and stone instead of sea =(

hmm is dinner time so makan again

we ordered a squid because we changed our mind and want to go Portuguese Village for dinner

because those delicious portugal dishes can only find at Malacca

Portuguese Village is so totally different with the last time I went

it had change a lot I mean A LOT!!!

last time it was just some atap papan they make into a restaurant and it is above the sea

but now..hmm..is like a park with restaurants

it doesnt have those feel anymore because it developed

it is good for a place to develop but the feel is different and no more kampung feel too bad

here some advice for those who wana eat there

see, there's lot restaurants..10 restaurants

once u get down from car they will come and approach u

I mean serbu..

they will keep recommend their restaurant's specialty and suggest kinda force u to pay them a visit in their restaurant

so the situation is like some papparazzi come and ask ques like u're a big superstar

so beware of that and faster make up ur mind to get rid of them haha

we went restaurant no.4 if not mistaken

it speciality is chili crab

we ordered chili crab, bake otak2, belacan kangkung and garlic butter scallop

it so so SO DELICIOUS!!!!!

especially that scallop omg..delicious la

we ordered oyster from stall 1 I think

each rm6..not bad very fresh so juicy haha

otak2(left up) squid(right up) crab(middle) scallop(left down) oyster(right down)

after dinner/supper we went to the big ship there

there is a Kbox and so cheap

wana sing but too late dy..next time mayb

took a walk..the restaurant there is so nice..

nice spot for couples and friends

oh there's a club too..

is mirror d concept I dont really like it because everybody can see what happening inside..

and guys wearing shorts also can enter so weird rite..hmm..

it was a tiring day

sleepless nite too previous day

once take bath we all really sleep like a pig dy

next day a call wake nicholas up and us too

have to settle his citibank job thing

after everything done we ready our stuff and get ready to back KL

it kinda rush because nicholas didnt tel his mom we going out of KL

he told her he went PD only and next nite stayin friend's house

so we have to rush back and guess what

we only took less than 2hours to reach KL

imagine how fast he drive

from Malacca back KL less than 2hours!!!

that's all bout my trip I guess

had a nice days and nite with them

hope our friendship last forever!!! ^^

CNY=1week holiday=study week? hell no!!

well..this year CNY suppose to be study week cuz I havin mid-term right after bac from KL..

even though I brought my books along wit me inside d luggage..

but my books never show themselves out of d luggage til d day I bac hostel hahaha

it means tis whole CNY is totally a holiday for me no study!!!

tis is d reunion dinner I had..though tat nite something a lil bit slighty unhappy thing but stil ok la..

chor2 went to foong gu's house..as usual chor2 is dad family

kuen bring along his gf tis year but too bad kenji din bring his gf anf benjamin break up dy

den bro aso din bring his gf along..everybody ask me when my turn..lol..

nowadays kids aso got lou sang lo..yao yeng le..

well..so messy rite..but tat's not kids' er zuo juk..is us..d adults.. paiseh

we aso celebrating yoong gu bday..
foong gu bake her a cake...cheese cake..but not tat delicious..
yet stil got tat taste la..is not cold enuf la..
yoong gu reached KL very late almost 12 dy lo..
but of cuz v wait her lo because she is a part of our family!!!

so many kids le..but not her kids..haha

after foong gu as usual I sure got 2nd round..
chua invite us to his house but I cant..
yet I meet up wit them after foong gu thr..though its too late but they stil waitin for me so nice

den chat while ard 3am or 4am lidat say bye lo..
it suppose time to bac home but instead bac home..

was sending ml home to get his laptop cuz d guys staying leon's house
den duno why sudenli come out a freaking crazy idea...

well, tat time is a nice timing to go PD watch sunrise so once ml hop in d car v told him our idea..haha
den duno why leon drive home dy..and our decision to PD not confirm yet la of cuz..
reach leon house saw d waja den say go genting pulak..
tis and tat end up take ml's car which park at Peggy's house den go PD..
v did ask peggy along but she say wan packing wo..so din join us..

our journey beginsss....
so tired so i slep..haha
finally reached PD..and sudenli a thing pop out in out mind..
PD had no sunrise is sunset lo!!!!!
so we go there al d way for nothing..!!!!
yet d baobao spirit never dies..
we wait til d sun come out!!!! hahahaha

when we reach is so dark..den we wait wait wait..

so we go Malacca to hav out breakfast..

who noe now we are at Malacca..

we called yan but she din believe tat we had reached Malacca..

we called ewei and she believe us..

now u can see differences between ewei and yan lo..haha

after breakfast we go for movie because we rily no idea wat to do..

so pathetic loitering ard Malacca..

we watch 72 Tenants..

and after d show end, tommy told me that they hav d feeling they were watchin movie at Jusco Cheras Selatan hahaha..

unfortunately we watched d show at Mahkota Parade..ahaha

den we went for a lunch mayb or hi-tea..

had a very nice cake..duno wat it call and duno wat d restaurant name

it located at d new shopping mall..Pahlawan I guess..

d original taste d best..

den 5 of us heading to my aunt house..

is been a long time I din meet her dy..

so does eewa and others..

this is a very good chance to meet them and can pai nian aso..

and take a rest too cuz 5 of us is exhausted!!!

and it very nice I can meet them al though just a while..

but end up..slept at yan's bed after 1 game of L4D2 wit blackie..

others gambling..I am so useless and hopeless haih..

cuz din even touch my assign and study for exam..

nex day bac Sabah lo..chor8 haih..so fast
